Training Matrix

If you have configured SkillsDB to capture training dates, navigating to My Team > Training will display a training matrix. Here, you can see your direct reports or those in your span of control (or all, for admins) and when they were trained on each skill.

Learning Matrix

Also available from My Team > Training is a complete list of all learning plan items assigned to your team, the status, start date, completion date and other critical data points.
