Quick Summary: The Team Certifications page gives managers a consolidated view of every certification assigned to their team members. From here you can monitor submission status, track expirations, review pending approvals, and export data for reporting.
Overview
The Team Certifications page displays all certifications assigned to people in your reporting structure. Each row represents one person-certification combination, showing the team member’s name alongside the certification details, current status, expiration date, and any attached files. This page is your primary tool for monitoring certification compliance across your team. You can quickly identify which team members have certifications awaiting your approval, which certifications are expiring soon, and which team members have not yet submitted their certification details. The page is accessible to managers and administrators. Managers see certifications for their direct reports and organizational hierarchy. Administrators can also view all certifications across the entire company.Note: This page shows certifications assigned to your team members. For managing your own personal certifications, see Managing Certifications.
