Quick Summary: The Team Learning Plans page gives managers a consolidated table of all learning plan items across their team, with tabs for direct reports, full org, and company-wide views.
Overview
The Team Learning Plans page provides a single table showing every learning plan item assigned to people in your reporting structure. Each row represents one person-resource combination, displaying the team member’s name alongside the learning resource, its current status, who assigned it, and when it was started or completed. This page complements the individual learning plan view available on each team member’s profile. While the profile view lets you manage a single person’s plan, the Team Learning Plans page gives you a cross-team view to quickly identify who is progressing, who has not started, and which resources are most commonly assigned. Managers see learning plans for their direct reports and organizational hierarchy. Administrators can view all learning plans across the entire company.Navigating to Team Learning Plans
