Granular control over organization-wide configurations.
Hide Manager Grades
If your organization is using manager grading of employee skills, but does not want employees to see those manager grades, turn this setting on.
Enable Skill Flags
If your organization does not plan on using skill flags—Expert, Mentor, Focus and Interest—disable the setting here.
Skill-Based Training
This turns on training dates for skills, and is on by default. If you do not plan on using, disable the setting here.
Enable System Emails
This feature is initially turned off by default for onboarding and growing accustomed to using the platform. Once you are ready to send out automated email, turn this setting on so users begin getting system messages.
Labels
Admins can create labels for use organizational-wide, and this can only be done in My Company > Settings and then Labels.
Search Permissions
The Search Permissions settings allow admins to control access to the search functionality for each user types—Admins, Managers and Employees..
Grading Scale
The grading scale is used to evaluate employee skills across the entire organization. Admins can define a custom scale that reflects the organization's needs. Each unit in the scale represents a level of proficiency. Once a grade is in use, it cannot be reset (due to significant downstream effect).
