Setup Email Reminders

Instructions on setting up automated reminders to the team

You can also set up automatic email reminders to help save time and effort. Please be  sure your IT team whitelists our domains or the emails will not make it through spam.

Go to Admin > Company > Company, then Edit Company Options to enable editing of the company settings in SkillsDB.

On the right you will see the Automatic Email Reminders section. Select the frequency of emails to be sent, the logic behind the automatic trigger of email and the template you wish to send. Do this for the employee and the manager.

Once done, select on Save Company Options at the bottom of the page to save those changes.
