Purpose

Organizations use Manager Assessments to measure the unique skill and ability of their teams, and to identify potential skill gaps. This data can help you identify areas of potential growth with your direct reports. It also helps your organization to invest in meaningful training and , and to build dynamic, .

Accessing Your Manager Assessments

You can view your manager assessments by selecting Assessments within the My Team Section of the left navigation. From this page, you'll see a list of assessments, including their requested due date and the number of your direct reports included. You can view a list of your included direct reports by clicking Start or Continue from this page.

Select One of Your Direct Reports

Once you've loaded an active assessment, you'll see a list of each of your included direct reports, along with the completion status of your assessment as well as their self assessment, if applicable.

Completing Manager Assessments

Once you've selected one of your direct reports, you can begin grading their assigned skills. You must enter a grade for each skill, or mark as "not applicable" in order to submit the assessment.

Who Can Access My Manager Assessment Results?

Your direct reports will be encouraged to review your assessment of their skills, and to build a learning plan based on potential skill gaps. Higher level leaders in your organization will also have access to this data.
