Organizations use Self Assessments to measure the unique skill and ability of their teams. This data helps employees and their managers focus on areas of potential growth. It also helps your organization to invest in meaningful, high-quality training and upskilling resources, and to build dynamic, skills-driven project teams.
Once initiated by your organization, you should receive an email notifying you of the assessment with a link to get started. If your organization uses Single Sign-on, selecting the link in this email should take you directly into your assessment.
You can also access assessments by navigating to the Assessments tab in the My Items section of the left navigation bar, and selecting Continue in the list of active assessments.
From within an active self assessment you will see a list of all of your currently assigned skills and competencies, along with the grading scale defined by your organization. This provides a simple workflow for selecting an applicable grade level for each skill.
You can navigate your assigned skills within the assessment by selecting Next or Previous in the bottom section. You must confirm or update your grade for every assigned skill before you can complete and submit the assessment.
After submitting your self assessment the results will be aggregated by your organization. Depending on your organization's policy, you may also be able to view your manager's assessment of you, and compare your and your manager's perspective.
Only your manager and higher-level leadership can view your self assessment data.
