Discover subject matter experts within your organization

As a user of SkillsDB you can browse the skills and certifications held across your team and organization.

Hint: Use this feature to find potential mentors, for internal recruiting, and for building dynamic, skills-driven project teams.

Add Filters

Get started by navigating to Explore in the left navigation bar. From this page you can search for specific skills, roles, competency groups, certifications, and more. You can also narrow your search by adding multiple filters.

Add Organizational Filters

By selecting Filters on the right side of the search bar you can view and select multiple organizational dimensions defined by your administrator, such as Business Unit, Reigon or Country.

View Results

Once you've added at least one filter, you'll see a list of people who match all of your selected criteria.

If applicable within your search you will also see a second section titled Partial Matches, with all people who match only some of your filter criteria. The matching criteria will be listed for each user on the right side of the table.
