Invite People Using Built-in Mail

Administrators and managers can invite employees to register for SkillsDB directly


  • Click on All People in the main menu
  • Click on Notifications
  • Click on Mail Merge


  • Click on the Invite new people notifications button
  • Use the Filter option on any field to create your mail merge list, e.g. Date Added


  • Change the Email Subject and Body
  • Click on the Send Email to List Below button when finished

A Welcome email is sent to the new user/employee that contains the Unique URL, the username and a temporary password.

On user login:

  • The update security information page is displayed, then
  • The user can easily define his skills and qualifications in the system.
