Invitation Link for Employee Self Registration

Managers and administrators can invite people into SkillsDB with URL

This article guides Managers and Administrators can invite People into SkillsDB using an Invitation URL that can be sent through Mail Merge.

Steps:

• Click on My People
• Click on Manage People

• Copy and Paste and include the link when emailing your employees for them to self-register

Note: The Invite URL/Link is Unique per Company.

• Administrators/Managers can also Click on Email Merge which opens the Mail Merge page where they can send Employees an email with the Invite URL included directly within Skills DB Pro.

• The email message can also be customized depending on the Administrator/Manager's preference.

• When an employee opens the URL, the registration form will be displayed (see below).
• After successful registration, the person will receive an email that contains the login username and password.
