      Analytics Competency Reporting

      This is used to compare employee skills with those required for any job role

      Useful for project managers and team leaders seeking employees who can fill open positions, as well as determining what skills an employee needs to learn or improve upon to better perform the requirements of their current position.

      Select My People > Reporting > Analytics > Goals Reporting

        The example below creates a report to show the gap between the employee/manager assessments compared to job role goals.
