      Bulk Assign Learning Plans to Employees

      This shows you how to bulk assign learning plans to multiple employees

      Select All People >Assign People > People to Learnings

      Here you can see two separate sections where you can:
        1. Send email to employees after assigning learnings
        2. Assign employees to learnings 

      There are two options to assign employees to learnings:

      a) Select by Skill will show the learnings attached to that skill (up to 3 learnings), or

      b) Select by People which will show all learnings that can be assigned

       

      You can select the employees with the skill or are required to have that skill vs. their job role.

      You can also select the employees by the Skill Gap of the Employee to their Job Role, or limit the selected employees by eepartment.
